Dynojet
Paul is an expert at setting carburetion and fuel injection- bikes and quads he has set up have won British Championships in the hands of Graeme Gowland, Ben Green and John Mitchell.
Paul can quickly diagnose most faults with his Dynojet 168 which has real time air/ fuel analysis. Paul will typically change mainjet, leakjet, airjet, needle accelerator pump diagram and pump dwell and oval bore if necessary. Paul will set the air/fuel on fuel injection using PC3.

Engine Tuning
Paul can offer the following services:
- Two stroke porting and cylinder head/ crankcase modifications using modern design software
- Four stroke cylinder head porting using Flow Data Digital Flow Bench
- Valve reprofiling- b&d valve refacer
- Valve seat cutting- neway valve system
- Valve seat cutting- peg 8 grinding system for unrivalled seat finish (any angle)
- Hi performance valve seats supplied and fitted
- Hi performance valve guides supplied and fitted
- Hi performance valve springs supplied and fitted
- Hi performance cams supplied and dialled in
- Hi performance pistons supplied and modified if required- rebore or replate service
- Hi performance conrods fitted and cranks trued
- Cylinder heads surface ground- J&S grinder
